Oasis Cronulla, located at 11-13 Tonkin Street, Cronulla has started site works in preparation for the construction of the nine story, luxury apartment building.
With pre-sales strong, particularly from residents in the area looking to downsize from large, high-maintenance family homes, the Bronxx team are pleased to report that Oasis site works have now commenced and began as planned on April 1, 2021.
Previously holding two aging apartment blocks, the site is now undergoing a complete transformation with the Oasis building estimated to be complete and ready for residents to move in by December, 2022.
